NVIDIA T1200 - For mid-range workstations
The NVIDIA T1200 is a professional graphics card that was introduced in April 2021 and is based on the same TU117 Turing chip as the NVIDIA GeForce 1650 Ti Mobile. It has 1024 graphics cores and 4 GB GDDR6 vRAM with a memory bandwidth of 128 bits and, unlike the more powerful graphics cards such as the NVIDIA RTX A2000, the NVIDIA T1200 does not offer ray tracing or tensor cores.
As a professional graphics card, the NVIDIA T1200 offers certified drivers compared to the NVIDIA GTX 1650 Ti, which are optimized for stability and performance in professional applications such as CAD programs as well as prospecting and visualization applications.
Depending on the variant, the TGP is between 35 and 95 watts, on which the performance is also heavily dependent. Each variant can use Max-Q technologies such as DynamicBoost and WhisperModer, which is why there is no longer a separate Max-Q variant.
Good mid-range performance
As the NVIDIA T1200 is based on the consumer NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1650 Ti, both graphics cards are comparable in terms of performance. Thanks to the optimized drivers, the NVIDIA T1200 is superior to the NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1650 Ti in professional applications such as CAD programs as well as prospecting and visualization applications.
With the NVIDIA T1200, even current games that require less performance, such as Far Cry 6, FIFA 2022 and 2021, can be played without any problems in Full HD 60 frames per second at high settings.
